Fans of the drama «Guardian: The Lonely and Great God» (also known as «Goblin») are in for a nostalgic treat!
tvN has unveiled the first teaser for “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God 10th Anniversary Trip”, a special program celebrating the 10th anniversary of the cult drama known worldwide as “Goblin”.
The program will bring together Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Lee Dong-wook and Yoo In-na for a trip to Gangneung, where several iconic scenes were shot.
A moving return to the drama's iconic locations
The teaser shows the 4 actors returning to the drama's famous settings, including the Gangneung waterfront and the famous Jumunjin dike.
It was precisely at this symbolic spot that Ji Eun-tak, played by Kim Go-eun, invoked Kim Shin, played by Gong Yoo, for the first time. Deeply moved, Gong Yoo declares in the video, «Let's enjoy this day and have fun.»
Kim Go-eun also shares her emotion: «It's really been 10 years since the last time I was here.»
Strong memories for the cast
The teaser also highlights the actors' nostalgic reactions to the passage of time.
Lee Dong-wook confides with astonishment: «Goblin“ has already been around for 10 years?”
For her part, Yoo In-na adds, «It's amazing, everything looks exactly the same.»
