Prime Video has lifted the veil on several Korean dramas scheduled for the coming months, featuring major stars such as Park Min-young, Jun Ji-hyun and Ji Chang-wook.
This announcement was made at the first event dedicated to the platform in the Philippines, confirming the determination of Prime Video to strengthen its K-drama catalog with a variety of productions, from romance to fantasy.
Romance, fantasy and eagerly awaited projects
Among the most eagerly awaited projects, Park Min-young will be at the center of “Nine to Six”A professional romance scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2026. She plays an ambitious employee of a legal team, whose love life becomes complicated when she finds herself torn between a younger, mild-mannered colleague and a seemingly perfect superior. She will star Yook Sung-jae and Go Soo.

For their part, Jun Ji-hyun and Ji Chang-wook will lead the “Human X Gumiho”A fantastic romantic comedy centered on an actress who hides an unexpected secret: she's actually a 2,000-year-old gumiho. Her encounter with a man unaffected by her powers is the start of an extraordinary romance. No release date has yet been confirmed for this project.

Several other series will complete the line-up. “Absolute Value of Romance”, scheduled for April 17, follows a high-school girl leading a double life as an aspiring author, played by Kim Hyang-gi, alongside Cha Hak-yeon.

In June, “See You At Work Tomorrow!”will reunite Seo In-guk and Park Ji-hyun in a corporate romance adapted from a webtoon. The story follows an employee who, after a painful break-up, decides to give up any idea of a romantic relationship, until she meets a team leader with a reputation for being difficult.

In September, “A Love Other Than Yours”will explore the complexity of couple relationships through a story centered on two partners who have been together for ten years. When other people enter their lives, they decide to confront their feelings in a risky situation, triggering jealousy, desire and soul-searching. The cast includes Seo Kang-joon, Ahn Eun-jin, Lee Joo-ahn and Jo A-ram.

In October, “Love in Disguise”will feature Yim Si-wan and Seol In-ah in an intriguing mix of infiltration and romance.

Other projects are also in the pipeline, such as “Final Table”with Ahn Hyo-seop, or “Sacred Jewel”a historical drama starring Ahn Bo-hyun and Lee Sung-min.

With this rich and diversified line-up, Prime Video confirms its ambition to establish itself as a key player in the international K-drama market.
