"Doctor on the Edge”continues to unveil its universe with 2 new posters focusing on the relationship between its main characters.
As a reminder, the series follows Do Ji-eui, played by Lee Jae-wook, a public health doctor sent against his will to the remote island of Pyeondong, and Yook Ha-ri, played by Shin Ye-eun, a nurse who has returned to her hometown while hiding a secret.
An encounter that turns their lives upside down
The new visuals show the 2 characters sitting side by side facing the sea, sharing a pair of headphones in a calm, intimate atmosphere.

Do Ji-eui's gaze towards Yook Ha-ri hints at the romance that gradually develops between them. But the posters also highlight his discomfort with the sea, recalling the trauma that has long driven him to avoid islands.
Over the course of the story, however, the character evolves through contact with the people of Pyeondong and, above all, with Yook Ha-ri, whose warm personality contrasts with his own wounds.

The production team said, «This story of wounded people finding solace and evolving through others will get viewers» hearts racing while bringing a warm, healing feeling."
This drama is the last of Lee Jae-wook before his departure for military service.
The drama will be broadcast from June 1 at 10pm (Korean time) on ENA, Genie TV and Disney+, pending an international broadcast platform.
