The new drama "The Legend of Kitchen Soldier”The series, starring Park Ji-hoon, has finally confirmed its broadcast date. The series will start airing on May 11 at 8:50 pm (Korean time), simultaneously on TVING and tvN.
An original military comedy
Adapted from a popular web novel and webtoon, “The Legend of Kitchen Soldier” offers an atypical concept combining the military and the kitchen.
The story follows Kang Sung-jae, a soldier considered problematic, whose daily life is turned upside down when a mysterious “military cook's quest” appears before him. Forced to swap his rifle for a kitchen knife and his military gear for an apron, he embarks on a journey that is as unexpected as it is captivating.
Park Ji-hoon plays the main character, continuing the success of his film “The King's Warden”.
A solid cast and an imminent release
The drama also boasts an experienced cast with Yoon Kyung-ho, Lee Sang-yi, Jung Woong-in, Han Dong-hee and Lee Hong-nae.
Filming has already finished, leaving the way clear for an imminent broadcast that promises to be dynamic and full of humor.
“The Legend of Kitchen Soldier” will succeed “Yumi's Cells 3” in the Monday-Tuesday slot.
