January 21, Netflix unveiled a highly anticipated teaser presenting its Korean programming for 2026. Dramas, films and variety shows are on the cards, confirming once again the central role of Korean content in the platform's global strategy.

The video begins with Go Youn-jung and Kim Seon-ho, recently starred in the rom-com Can This Love Be Translated?, which introduce this eclectic selection. In just a few images, Netflix sets the tone: 2026 will be marked by long-awaited romances, dark thrillers, ambitious productions and the return of cult formats.

Dramas, films and entertainment: an XXL selection

Netflix's 2026 line-up, consisting exclusively of Netflix Originals, covers a wide range of genres. When it comes to romance and melodrama, the focus is on Boyfriend on Demand (Jisoo, Seo In-guk), Take Charge of My Heart (Kim Young-kwang, Chae Soo-bin) and Our Sticky Love (Jung Hae-in, Ha-young). Fans of grand frescoes and intense narratives are already looking forward to Tantara with Song Hye-kyo and Gong Yoo, Pavane or The East Palace, starring Nam Joo-hyuk, Roh Yoon-seo and Cho Seung-woo.
