Lee Chae-min may soon be adding a new project to his filmography. On February 12, his agency Baro Entertainment confirmed that the actor had received a proposal for the drama « I Decided to Die »and that he was currently studying it in a positive light.
This new project, for which he is being considered for the lead role, is a mystery-tinged romance based on a webtoon. The story follows Ji-o, a high-school senior preparing for the national taekwondo selection, and Cha-gyeol, a character surrounded by an enigmatic aura. The story mixes feelings and time travel, promising an emotional as well as intriguing plot.
A new step after a rise in popularity
Lee Chae-min continues to grow in popularity since last year's drama «Bon appétit, your majesty», which brought her international exposure. This potential new role is already attracting attention as a possible next career milestone.
Before that, the actor is preparing for another milestone: he will be making his film debut with «We Live Every Day», due for release on March 4.
