The new drama "Apartment”is taking shape, and is already attracting attention with a strong cast. Ji Sung, Ha Yun-kyung, Park Byung-eun and Moon So-ri have officially confirmed their participation in this series, which promises to mix tension, power and secrets.
The story follows Hae Kang, a former gangster who decides to run for president of his building's residents' association. But behind this initiative lies a far more personal motivation: to get his hands on a fund hidden within the residence. To achieve this, he joins forces with a number of residents to expose the corruption that plagues the building.

A power play in the heart of a building
In this role, Ji Sung plays a character who will do anything to achieve his goal, in an environment where appearances are deceptive. His interests quickly diverge.
Ha Yoon-kyung plays Kang Ha-ri, a part-time employee at a law firm, while Moon So-ri plays a meddling resident. Meanwhile, Park Byung-eun plays Lee Choong-won, a powerful CEO living in the penthouse, who won't hesitate to stand up to Hae Kang.
All of them seem to be linked, in one way or another, to the hidden money that attracts greed.

Tensions and secrets on every floor
The drama also introduces the chairman of the residents' association, Lee Kang-won, a key figure in the case. As the investigation progresses, relations between the residents become increasingly strained, revealing rivalries, ambitions and hidden truths.
Between struggles for influence, fragile alliances and financial stakes, “Apartment” should offer an intense story anchored in an everyday setting, transformed into a veritable battleground.
The series is due to air in 2026, with 12 episodes to be broadcast on jTBC.
