The next romantic drama LOVE.exe (formerly The 4th Love Revolution) has just unveiled the first images of the character played by Hwang Bo Reum-byeolrevealing a glimpse of his studious charm and geeky universe.
A romance of logic and emotion
This romantic comedy tells the story of Ju Yeon-san (Hwang Bo Reum-byeol), a model computer science student, and Kang Min-hak (Kim Yo-han), an influencer and model with over a million followers. Yeon-san's intelligence and scientific rigor shine through, but she completely loses her bearings when a "bug" occurs in her life - especially when it comes to love.
The actress plays a former quiz prodigy turned passionate engineer, capable of solving any problem... except those of the heart. Always surrounded by computers, she has never known love, until her unexpected encounter with Kang Min-hak upsets all her equations.
An original, humorous role
Talking about the project, Hwang Bo Reum-byeol said: "I was immediately attracted by the originality of the script. The director's unpredictable humor Yoon Sung-ho perfectly suits my taste.
She added: "As her name suggests, Yeon-san tries to solve everything with formulas. But after meeting Min-hak, she discovers a new 'parameter' that defies all logic."
The actress also explained that she paid close attention to the details of her posture and gestures to make her character believable: "She's a girl who spends her days in front of a computer. So I wanted the way she stands and moves to naturally reflect that reality."
LOVE.exe will be broadcast from November 13, 2025.
