tvN continues to promote « Undercover Miss Hong »by unveiling a new series of teasers focused on its four main characters. Set in the late 1990s, this office comedy follows Hong Geum-bo (Park Shin-hye), an elite financial investigator forced to infiltrate a brokerage firm under the guise of a 20-year-old rookie.
The poster released today shows complex relationships. In uniform, Hong Geum-bo puts a finger to her lips as if to protect a secret, while Shin Jung-woo (Ko Kyung-pyo), elegantly dressed behind his desk, stares intently at a point off-screen. Around them gravitate Go Bok-hee (Ha Yun-kyung), a seasoned secretary with formidable intuition, and Albert Oh (Cho Han-gyeol), a division manager with a relaxed attitude, far removed from the classic image of the employee of the 1990s.
A secret mission and high-tension relationships
The teasers for each character set the scene in 1997, at the heart of Hanmin Securities. Hong Geum-bo, a brilliant employee at the Financial Supervisory Service but not particularly interested in camaraderie, accepts a delicate undercover mission, posing as a simple rookie employee.
Shortly after being appointed president of the company, Shin Jung-woo finds himself thrown off balance when he recognizes his ex-girlfriend among the new recruits. This unexpected situation promises an unpredictable dynamic between them, mixing romantic history with professional challenges.
Between mistrust, boldness, and confident charm
Go Bok-hee, the president's personal secretary, also attracts attention. Behind her soft words: «I'll do my best, really, really my best.», hides a woman with keen interpersonal skills and the quickest mind in the room. Her way of interfering in Geum-bo's mission arouses curiosity.
Finally, Albert Oh, the president's maternal grandson, stands out for his outspokenness and free-spirited attitude. He comes to Geum-bo's aid when she finds herself in trouble and, sensing her confusion about Jung-woo, bluntly tells her: " Is he your type?» Before boldly adding: «It's okay to date two people.» A direct approach that highlights his unpredictable charm.
Undercover Miss Hong will be broadcast from January 17, 2026 on tvN and Netflix.
