Visit August 18 at 10pm (KST), My Troublesome Star will be broadcast for the 1st time on jTBC. Starring: the talented Uhm Jung-hwa and the charismatic Song Seung-heonare brought together in a story of lost memories, double identity and rediscovered love.
The plot revolves around Im Se-raa former superstar of the Korean scene, played by Jang Da-ah. Overnight, she mysteriously disappears... only to wake up 25 years later in the body of Bong Cheong-jaan ordinary middle-aged woman (played by Uhm Jung-hwa), with no memory of her past life.
Lost between eras, Bong Cheong-ja does her best to find her bearings, with the help of Dokgo Chula detective as protective as he is disturbing (played by Song Seung-heon). Together, they will try to shed light on this mystery, while perhaps rekindling a forgotten flame.

The slogan "A timeless romantic comedy for a star on a career break". speaks volumes about the originality of the tone.
Uhm Jung-hwa described the relationship between their characters as follows "refreshing and endearing, with a touch of melancholy".while Song Seung-heon refers to a "gentle chemistry between comfort and thrills", underlining the strange alchemy born between two souls at cross-purposes.
