A former rugby champion, a high school adrift, and a coach determined to turn things around: Yoon Kye-sang returns to the small screen with The Winning Trya new Kdrama as intense as it is moving. To be discovered July 25 on SBS (and directly on Netflix France in parallel), this series promises an explosive cocktail of sport, humor and life lessons.
In The Winning TryYoon Kye Sang plays Joo Ga Rama former rugby star disgraced by a doping scandal. Years later, he returns to his former high school, not as a student, but as a coach of a rugby team... in last place in the national rankings. His mission? Take them all the way to the National Sports Festival. Nothing less.

But it's a tall order, especially when you're up against a group of youngsters with a strong temperament, starting with Yoon Sung-joon (performed by Kim Yo-han), the team's rebellious captain. From their first meeting, the tone is set: Joo Ga-ram, armed with a flamboyant red megaphone, loudly calls out to the student who's skipping class. A confrontation as absurd as it is electric, promising a great dynamic between the two characters.

Behind the comical scenes and hard training lies a true story of reconstruction, intergenerational bonds and self-improvement.
Why can't we wait to see it?
- The striking return of Yoon Kye-sang in a charismatic role.
- The presence of Kim Yo-han (WEi) in a promising lead role.
