The Good Man unveils a new poster with Lee Dong-wook as a wounded man

The long-awaited JTBC drama, The Good Man (also known as The Nice Guy), which opens on July 18, stars actor Lee Dong-wook in an intense and moving role.

The series tells the story of Park Seok-chula man from a 3rd-generation gangster family, but with a pure heart. This complex character, played by Lee Dong-wook, crosses paths with his first love, Kang Mi-young (played by Lee Sungkyung), a young woman who dreams of becoming a singer. Together, they will navigate through life's difficulties in their search for love and redemption.

The actor appears alone, in a deserted subway, with a look of solitude and pain. Under the direction of Song Hye-seong and Park Hong-soo, The Good Man benefits from a script written by Kim Un-kyung and Kim Hyo-seok, who have already proved their worth in successful productions. The chemistry between the actors, notably Lee Dong-wook and Lee Sung-kyung, adds even more depth to the story.

The drama will be broadcast every Friday at 8:50 p.m. (KST), marking the start of JTBC's new Friday series. It will also be available on Disney + / Hulu depending on the country. Fans of Lee Dong Wook and poignant storytelling, get ready for an unforgettable TV experience.
