The drama “The Absolute Value of Romance” unveils its first teaser, which is as original as it is quirky. Starring Kim Hyang-gi, the series promises a refreshingly imaginative mix of romance and school life.
The plot follows Yeo Ui-ju, a seemingly ordinary high school student... who leads a double life. By day, she's just another student. By night, she becomes an author of romantic novels.
An imagination inspired... by her teachers
Everything changes when several new teachers arrive at his high school. Ga Woo-su (Cha Hak-yeon), Noh Da-ju (Kim Jae-hyun), Jung Gi-jeon (Sohn Jeong-hyuck) and Yoon Dong-ju (Kim Dong-gyu) immediately catch his attention.
With their appearance worthy of fictional characters, they quickly become Ui-ju's source of inspiration.
The teaser highlights this original concept, showing these teachers appearing as if straight from the young author's imagination.
Fiction becomes reality
Buoyed by this creative impulse, Ui-ju sets about writing a BL novel featuring her teachers. A daring idea that quickly bore fruit. Her story became a veritable online success, propelling her to the rank of number 1 author almost overnight.
