Just a few days before the broadcast of " Surely Tomorrow "("Un jour, peut-être" in French), Won Ji-an revisits her role opposite Park Seo-joon in a melodrama where feelings collide with time. She plays Seo Ji-woo, Lee Gyeong-do's first love and a heroine as luminous as she is fragile.

An unpredictable, beautiful and wounded heroine
Seo Ji-woo is more than just a charming heiress. The second daughter of the Jarim Apparel group, she attracts with her natural beauty and free spirit, but hides deep flaws. Won Ji-an sums up her character in one sentence: "Seo Ji-woo's charm comes from her unpredictability and fragility. You never know what she'll do next."
This tension (between external brilliance and intimate scars) structures Ji-woo's entire trajectory, and makes her relationship with Gyeong-do as vibrant as it is dangerous.

A love that changes with the years... and the clothes
Why did you accept this role? The actress explains that she was touched by the finesse of the script: " Surely Tomorrow marked me by the way the series accurately describes how a relationship evolves over time. I felt it would help me grow as an actress. I really wanted to take on this challenge."
To convey the different periods of the relationship, Won Ji-an spent a lot of time reflecting on Ji-woo's emotional state: "Since they were apart for a while, I imagined a lot of Ji-woo's accumulated emotions, based on the script."
Even the wardrobe tells their story. The actress details, "During their first relationship, I wore something understated; during the second, a clean, structured style; and in the present, a sophisticated, luxurious look." Before adding an intimate note: "I wore Gyeong-do's clothes a lot during their second story."
A symbolic choice, as if the boundaries between their identities had blurred over time.

The 2 former lovers are reunited years later, each elsewhere: he a journalist covering a scandal, she the wife of the accused man. This belated face-off promises a bittersweet exploration of regrets and second chances.
Broadcast on December 6 on jTBC and Prime Video worldwide.
