Shortly after, Song Joong-ki's agency, HighZium Studioconfirmed that the actor was currently considering the offer. For its part, Namoo Actors, Park Ji-hyun's agency, said that the actress had received the script and was considering it favorably.

Love Cloud tells the story of two former aviation enthusiasts whom fate brings back together after several years. Kang Woo-joo, former flight instructor turned air traffic controller, and Ahn Ha-nee, a co-pilot with an intense temperament who lives every moment at full speed, meet again seven years later on the island of Jeju, a place where even love seems subject to the whims of the weather.
Song Joong-ki is tipped to play Kang Woo-joo, a man marked by his past but who has remained close to the sky, while Park Ji-hyun could play Ahn Ha-nee, a passionate pilot who falls in love at first sight.
