SBS's upcoming romantic drama « Sold Out on You »unveils new images featuring Ahn Hyo-seop and Chae Won-bin in an explosive encounter to say the least. Presented at the Next on Netflix 2026 Korea, The series promises a romantic comedy based on the clash of 2 radically opposed worlds.

Ahn Hyo-seop plays Matthew Lee, nicknamed «Mechoori» («the quail»), a farmer who works several odd jobs and lives a quiet life in the rural village of Deokpung. His quiet, perfectly controlled daily routine is shattered when Dam Ye-jin bursts into his life. A TV star and leading presenter, Ye-jin suffers from severe insomnia... and seems determined to get her hands on Matthew's precious white mushrooms.

A romance born of conflict

Chae Won-bin takes on the role of Dam Ye-jin, a straightforward, determined woman who's impossible to ignore. To achieve her goal, she literally stalks Matthew through the village, imposing herself on his every move and disrupting his rhythm of life. In the face of this intrusion, Matthew displays an assumed coldness, multiplying his annoyed glances and attempts to keep his distance.

The new images illustrate this dynamic perfectly: the 2 characters appear in farm work clothes, in the middle of a field. Matthew, hands on hips, gives Ye-jin a wary, exasperated look, while Ye-jin, perfectly relaxed, smiles as she checks her phone. This visual opposition underlines the heart of the drama: a clash of personalities that, little by little, could give way to an unexpected attraction.
