The drama " Siren's Kiss » has unveiled a glimpse of its very first script reading, confirming the intense and sophisticated atmosphere of this highly anticipated romance thriller. Broadcast on tvN, the series features Park Min-young and Wi Ha-joon, are brought together in an investigation where seduction and danger intertwine.
The screening was attended by director Kim Chul-gyu (Flower of Evil, Celebrity), creator Jo Hyun-kyung, screenwriter Lee Young and the main cast members. From this first reading, the actors' professionalism and concentration gave a promising foretaste of the dramatic tension to come.
A femme fatale and an investigator obsessed with the truth
Park Min-young plays Han Seol-ah, a strikingly beautiful and charismatic art auctioneer. Behind a seemingly perfect life, her character conceals a chilling secret: all the men who ever loved her are dead. At the reading, the actress adopted a low voice and restrained acting style, using precise gestures and controlled silences to create a mysterious, believable aura around Seol-ah.
Facing her, Wi Ha-joon plays Cha Woo-seok, a detective specializing in insurance fraud. Determined to stop those who monetize human lives, he pursues Seol-ah with relentless intensity. His sharp gaze and deep voice immediately heightened the tension of the reading, already building anticipation around the chemistry between the two characters.
The reading video also introduces Kim Jung-hyun as Baek Joon-bum, art collector and start-up CEO, Lee Elijah as Kim Yoon-ji, deputy auctioneer at Royal Auction, and Han Jun-woo as Do Eun-hyuk, freelance photographer and reliable Seol-ah supporter. The cast is completed by Kong Seong-ha, Kim Geum-soon and Hong Ki-joon, further enriching the drama universe.
