Netflix has unveiled a new preview of « The Art of Sarah« a highly anticipated drama that marks the reunion of Shin Hae-sun and Lee Jun-hyuk, 9 years after their collaboration in Stranger. Presented as an elegant psychological thriller, the series promises to be a cat-and-mouse game between truth, pretense and ambition.
A luxury icon with an elusive past
Shin Hae-sun plays Sarah Kim, a woman determined to become a key figure in the luxury industry, even if it means constantly reinventing herself. Officially the regional director of a prestigious fashion house, Sarah is known to all... but paradoxically almost impossible to approach. Behind her perfectly mastered image lies a troubled identity, shaped by multiple names, ages and backgrounds.

Sarah Kim's every appearance raises more questions than it answers. Is she a creation? A brilliant impostor? Or simply a survivor in a world where image is worth more than truth?
A man obsessed with the truth
Opposite her, Lee Jun-hyuk plays Mu-gyeong, a man driven by one obsession: to unravel the mystery of Sarah Kim. The more he investigates, the more his objective becomes blurred, caught up in a spiral where fascination and mistrust merge. The pursuit becomes as much psychological as physical, transforming their relationship into a tense duel of silences, glances and calculated missteps.

With The Art of Sarah, Netflix relies on a refined narrative, driven by two complex characters whose paths seem inevitably destined to collide. The series promises a reflection on identity, lies and the price we pay to exist in a world shaped by appearances.
