JTBC has confirmed the broadcast date of its new Friday drama, Love Mewhich kicks off on December 19, 2025and has unveiled its very first teaser poster featuring Seo Hyun-jin.
A story of solitude, family and rebirth
Adapted from the Swedish series of the same name created by Josephine BornebuschLove Me tells the story of an ordinary, slightly selfish family who have always lived by supporting each other, until the day each of them begins to learn what loving and growing up really mean.

Seo Hyun-jin, an emotional role
Seo Hyun-jin embodies Seo Joon-kyunga respected, brilliant and apparently fulfilled obstetrician-gynecologist. But behind this facade of an independent woman lies a profound solitude, born of a family tragedy seven years earlier, which she has always refused to face.
Everything changes when she starts to get close to her neighbor. Joo Do-hyun (performed by Chang Ryul), a man who sees the sadness she's been hiding for so long. This encounter becomes the starting point for a journey oflearning, self-love and self-acceptance.
Seo Hyun-jin's comeback on JTBC
This drama marks the return of Seo Hyun-jin in a melodrama on JTBC after 7 yearssince The Beauty Inside. The production team explained: "Love Me is about people who seem to be doing well on the surface, but are hiding a great deal of loneliness. The poster symbolizes that fragile moment when a frozen heart starts beating again."
They add: "Thanks to Seo Hyun-jin's sensitive acting and Jo Young-min's direction, the drama will offer viewers a touching story that will warm hearts in the middle of winter."
First broadcast December 19, 2025 on JTBC (awaiting international broadcaster).
