False marriage and real complications

Would You Marry Me tells the story of a man and a woman who accept a 90-day fictitious marriage to win a luxurious apartment as a wedding gift. This fake honeymoon quickly turns into a real ordeal, full of sentimental twists and unexpected confrontations.

Choi Woo-shik plays Kim Woo-joo, a brilliant employee from a prestigious university. Attractive and charming, he seems to have everything to please... except fidelity. Engaged to Yoo Mary (played by Jung So-min), he will end their relationship as soon as his "feminine ideal" appears.

The plot gains in intensity with the arrival of Baek Sang-hyunperformed by Bae Na-ra (Weak class hero). Ambitious and endearing, this man from a modest background keeps a close eye on the dummy couple Kim Woo Joo and Yoo Mary, perhaps hiding his own intentions.

Three rising stars in the spotlight

Seo Bum-june, already noticed in Hi Cookie and The Fiery Priest 2, changes registers by playing a " ideal ex-fiancé turned cheater". The actor, who won several revelation awards in 2024, illustrates himself here in a more complex role combining charm, duplicity and emotion.

Shin Seul-ki, revealed in Single's Inferno 2, and also featured in the drama Pyramid Game, stars as Yoon Jin Kyung, a medical resident with a strikingly beautiful yet casual personality. Known for her freshness and naturalness, she continues her meteoric rise on the Korean TV scene.

Finally, Bae Na-ra, seen in Weak Hero Class 2, tries her hand at the rom-com genre for the first time. With her raw charisma and ability to play nuanced roles, her character should bring a nice intensity to the story.

Released in autumn 2025Would You Marry Me is already shaping up to be one of the must-see dramas for fans of romance, humor and dramatic tension.
