Channel A has unveiled a new series of teasers for " Positively Yours« , his upcoming romantic comedy inspired by a hit webtoon. And from these first images, the tone is set: a night of heavy drinking, two adults who have sworn never to marry... and a situation that is impossible to ignore.
An unexpected night that turns two well-ordered lives upside down
In Positively Yours, Choi Jin-hyuk embodies Kang Doo-joon, the charismatic CEO of Taehan Liquor and second-generation chaebol heir, who seems to succeed at everything he does. Opposite him, Oh Yeon-seo lends his features to Jang Hee-won, a brilliant career woman, rated «100 out of 100» at work... but completely disillusioned when it comes to love.
The teasers highlight the turning point in their relationship. Hee-won, single by choice, has put all her energy into her project to create her own brand of beer. Convinced that marriage has no place in her life, she states bluntly: «I can say with certainty: there will be no marriage in this lifetime.»
But one night that gets out of hand, a few too many drinks, and a night spent together are enough to turn Doo-joon and Hee-won into unexpected variables in each other's lives.
A shocking proposal and a rom-com in reverse order
The teasers take an even more unexpected turn when Doo-joon makes a proposal that leaves everyone speechless: «Is it my baby? Let's get married.»
This sudden statement, both direct and unsettling, leaves Hee-won facing an impossible choice. How should one react when one night apart leads to consequences that upset all the rules they had set for themselves?
The series plays the card of reverse-order rom-com, where the traditional stages of love are turned upside down, giving way to situations that are as comical as they are touching. The teasers promise lively dynamics between two strong characters, forced to reevaluate their beliefs about love, marriage, and responsibility.
Positively Yours will make its debut on January 17, 2026awaiting an international distributor.
