It's now official: Park Hyung-sik and Park Gyu-young will share the bill for the new drama “Fall In! Love”a corporate romantic comedy produced by Netflix.
The announcement was made on April 6, confirming the launch of this project which already promises an original dynamic between its two main characters.
A romance born of a military past
“Fall In! Love” tells the story of Na Jung-seok, a successful camping CEO whose military past unexpectedly resurfaces.
Once a shy soldier in trouble, he crosses paths again with Woo Ami, his former superior in the Special Forces, known by the nickname “Viper”. Now she's joining his company... as a new employee.
This reversal of hierarchy promises a relationship full of tension, humor and evolution, between memories of the past and professional reality.
A promising duo supported by Netflix
Park Hyung-sik plays Na Jung-seok, a self-confident executive, the opposite of the man he once was. Opposite him, Park Gyu-young plays Woo Ami, a courageous former soldier seeking to reinvent herself in the working world.
The drama will be directed by Nam Sung-woo, known for “My Lovely Liar” and “My Roommate is a Gumiho”, with a script by Kim Ha-na, whose credits include “Heartbeat” and “My Secret Romance”.
With this duo and an original narrative base, “Fall In! Love” promises to be a rom-com to keep an eye on.
