The drama “Gold Land” unveils its main trailer, promising an intense thriller where desire, betrayal and survival intertwine.
A discovery that changes everything
Kim Hee-ju (Park Bo-young), an airport security guard, finds her life turned upside down when she lets a suspicious coffin pass at the request of her boyfriend, Lee Do-kyung (Lee Hyun-wook). Inside, she discovers gold ingots of colossal value. This discovery triggers an unexpected desire within her, gradually pushing her towards irreversible choices.
A merciless hunt
Soon, several people are in pursuit. Director Park (Lee Kwang-soo), a member of the criminal organization, leads a merciless hunt.
For his part, Woo-ki (Kim Sung-cheol), linked to Hee-ju by their past, proposes an ambiguous alliance, oscillating between help and betrayal. A corrupt policeman, Kim Jin-man (Kim Hee-won), also joins the race, turning the situation into a tug-of-war where everyone tries to grab the gold.
Faced with these threats, Hee-ju is forced to fight for survival, even taking up arms.
The teaser highlights the constant tension, with the real battle being waged as much on the outside as on the inside of the main character, confronted by his own greed.
“Gold Land” will run for 10 episodes, airing from April 29, with two episodes per week.
