KBS2 has just unveiled a first preview of Our Golden Days (화려한 날들), its next weekend drama starting August 9, 2025. The cast includes Jung Il-woo and Jung In-sun, whose complicity already illuminates the unveiled poster. The series promises to explore the "good days" that everyone experiences at some point in their lives, whether they belong to the past, the present or even the future.
In this drama, Jung Il-woo as Lee Ji-hyukJi Hyuk is a talented and respected man, both in his work and in his love life. Behind his aloofness, Ji Hyuk hides a much warmer and fairer character than he appears. Opposite him, Jung In-sun plays Ji Eun-ohA young woman full of life and optimism, marked by a difficult childhood but always guided by her dreams. Determined and sincere, she stops at nothing to defend what's important to her, especially in love.
The 1st poster shows the 2 characters standing side by side in soft light, exchanging tender glances. Yet a visible wall between them suggests that their relationship will not be without its pitfalls. This barrier symbolizes the trials and tribulations they'll have to overcome to come together.
The creators tell us that Ji Hyuk and Eun Oh met at university through a volunteer club, initially forming a senior-junior bond. Beyond love, their relationship becomes a refuge, a shoulder to lean on through life's ups and downs.
Written by So Hyun-kyung and directed by Kim Hyung-seok, Our Golden Days promises to be a gentle, touching series, perfect for weekend evenings. We look forward to seeing you in August.
