SBS continues to unveil « No Tail to Tell » through new stills (images) and a second teaser, delving deeper into the strange and chaotic relationship between Kim Hye-yoon and Lomon. Between repeated encounters, dangerous vows, and irreversible consequences, this fantasy romance promises a game of cat and mouse where nothing goes as planned.
A gumiho who treats wishes as a business
In No Tail to Tell, Eun-ho (Kim Hye-yoon) is a Gen Z gumiho determined never to become human. To preserve her immortality and thousand years of spiritual power, she carefully avoids good deeds... while turning human wishes into commercial transactions.
The new stills reveal that his connection to Kang Si-yeol (Lomon) is not new to the scene. Long before he became a global soccer star, Eun-ho had already spotted him as a potential client. She showed up unannounced during a private training session, handed him a business card, and disappeared immediately, leaving Si-yeol perplexed and suspicious.
Nine years later, history repeats itself. Now at the height of his career, Si-yeol sees Eun-ho reappear in exactly the same way, as insistent as ever. Why does this gumiho, who treats human desires as mere commerce, continue to gravitate around him? And above all... what wish will Si-yeol ultimately make?
When a wish derails two lives
Visit new teaser provides a partial answer, and a much darker one at that. He suggests that the meeting between Eun-ho and Si-yeol marks a turning point in their lives. Eun-ho, confident, states bluntly: «Didn't I tell you? I decide the method.»
Faced with her, Si-yeol's quiet narcissism begins to waver. He, who rejected the very idea of wishes, gradually loses his composure. The teaser even shows him locked up in a police cell, while Eun-ho watches him with an inscrutable smile.
The sentence on the screen «The moment when everything changed, fate twists again.», heralds an irreversible shift. Eun-ho, who until now had accumulated wealth and comfort rather than virtue, seems to be paying the price for his choices. The teaser ends with an emotionally charged cry that completely changes the game: «Because of you... I've become human!»
A reversal that raises a key question: who really granted whose wish?
