New Twelve poster: Ma Dong-seok, Seo In-guk ready to protect the world from the evil incarnated by Park Hyung-sik

A wind of mystery and action blows over the next Korean drama Twelvescheduled for August 23 on Disney+ and KBS2. Inspired by the 12 animals of the Asian zodiac, this series promises a spectacular atmosphere where angels and demons clash for the fate of mankind.

Twelve tells the story of 12 angels, each linked to an animal of the Eastern zodiac, who live incognito among humans to protect the Korean peninsula from the forces of evil. In the past, they sealed demonic spirits at the gates of hell, at the cost of an immense sacrifice. But now the seal is weakening, heralding the return of chaos...

The explosive face-off: Ma Dong-eok vs Park Hyung-sik

The first official poster, unveiled today, sets the tone. At the center: Tae San, played by Ma Dong-seok, aka the "Tiger", leader of the 12 Angels. His raw charisma is immediately obvious, as he guards the gates of hell. Opposite him, Park Hyung-sik plays Ogui, the main antagonist. With his outstretched black wings and ironic gaze, he represents a powerful threat, ready to plunge the world back into darkness.

Around Tae San, the other angels are revealed: Seo In-guk as Won Seung, Lee Joo-bin as Mir, Go Kyu-pil as Don Yi, Kang-mina as Gang Ji, Sung Yoo-bin as Jwi Dol, Ahn Ji-hye as Mal Sook and Regina Lei as Bang Wool. All are supervised by Ma Rok, played by Sung Dong-il. Each of these characters promises to bring his or her own personality and style of action, enriching an already dense and captivating universe.
