JTBC lifts the veil on My Youthits next Friday drama, unveiling the first images of Cheon Woo-hee in the skin of Sung Je-yeon. The series will tell the story of the romance between Sunwoo Hae (Song Joong-ki), who begins to lead an ordinary life much later than the others, and Sung Je-yeon, ready to disrupt the tranquility of her first love to achieve her own goals.

The pictures show a Sung Je-yeon transformed into a management team leader, a far cry from the studious student whose life used to revolve around university entrance exams. Smiling but with a keen eye, she keeps her phone close at hand and exudes the confidence of an experienced manager.
Outspoken and determined, she also knows how to show gentleness, especially to the actress Mo Tae-rin (Lee Joo-myung), whose every mood change she immediately notices. We see her listening intently to him as he worries about his script.

For Sung Je-yeon, the time spent with Sunwoo Hae at the age of 19 represented a luminous interlude in a day-to-day life regulated to the millimeter. Their reunion in adulthood rekindles emotions she thought were buried, and her bright smile hints at the impact this return has had on her life.
Cheon Woo-hee describes My Youth as "a touching story of love and personal development", where awkwardness and pain make the moments beautiful and precious. She explains that her character "approaches love like a job, immerses herself in it, and whose awkwardnesses make her endearing".

My Youth will start on September 5 at 8:50 p.m. KSTwith 2 consecutive episodes every Friday, and will be available on Viki.
