tvN confirms a highly anticipated new duo for one of its upcoming dramas. On December 18, the channel officially announced the main cast of « My Guilty Human » (literal title), a project combining romance, comedy, and psychological suspense, starring Yim Si-wan and Seol In-ah.
Adapted from a popular web novel and webtoon titled Why Don't You Know She's a Woman?, The drama focuses on the explosive encounter between a conglomerate heir suspected of murder and an undercover investigator posing as his personal secretary.
A hypersensitive heir turned suspect
Yim Si-wan plays Yoon Yi-jun, third-generation heir to the Taegang Group, considered the number one conglomerate in the business world. Blessed with everything one could envy—intelligence, good looks, and status—he nevertheless proves to be extremely sensitive and perfectionist, to the point of becoming a feared superior who drives his employees to resign.
His life is turned upside down when a murder occurs at his company and he is named the prime suspect. Consumed by pressure, Yi-jun cuts himself off from the world, until he hires a new secretary, an event that will profoundly transform his daily life.
A former soldier on a secret mission
Seol In-ah lends her features to Kang Jae-hee, a former member of the special forces, tasked with infiltrating Yoon Yi-jun's circle to shed light on the case. An experienced fighter and seasoned strategist, she disguises herself as a man in order to integrate into his professional circle without arousing suspicion.
Between his dangerous mission and managing an unpredictable boss, Jae-hee must constantly juggle between control and improvisation.
Gradually, the relationship between the hypersensitive suspect and the devoted secretary becomes more complex. Their roles become intertwined: boss and employee, suspect and investigator, unwitting allies... As they get to know each other, unexpected emotions emerge, blurring the line between romance and bromance, and creating a psychological tension that is as gentle as it is unstable.
