ENA has unveiled new images from its upcoming courtroom drama « Honor« featuring the distinctive sartorial style of its heroines. Adapted from a Swedish series, the series follows three female lawyers confronting a major scandal from the past, while running the L&J law firm (Listen & Join), specialized in defending victims of violence against women.
The recently released photos offer a neat glimpse into the professional looks of Lee Na-young, Jung Eun-chae and Lee Chung-ah, In this case, style becomes a direct extension of each character's personality.
A visual identity to serve the characters
Lee Na-young plays Yoon Ra-young, a star lawyer with near-celebrity status. Her style is characterized by bright colors and bold combinations: a navy-toned jacket accented by a pink scarf, clean lines and a confident demeanor. Even at work, her impeccable, bright outfits reinforce her charisma and natural confidence.
Facing her, Jung Eun-chae plays Kang Shin-jae, the head of the firm, the embodiment of control and rigor. Her looks are based on perfectly structured suits: double-breasted jacket with pronounced shoulders, striped shirt, streamlined silhouette. Another ensemble, combining a powder-pink jacket and white silk blouse, reveals a softer elegance, while retaining a calm, controlled authority.
Lee Chung-ah completes the trio in the role of Hwang Hyun-jin, an action-oriented field lawyer. Her wardrobe favors efficiency: suit with jacket and vest for moments of direct confrontation, blue shirt and glasses in the office to underline her pragmatism and unapologetic commitment. A functional style that perfectly reflects his upright, combative temperament.
The production team explained: «The 3 actresses have naturally integrated their character's personality and story through styling, working on details that identify them at first glance. We hope viewers will appreciate the unique staging and styling choices of Honor, which we will develop even further on screen.»
Honor will be broadcast from February 2 at 10 p.m. (KST) on ENA (waiting for an OTT).
