Investigative drama «Crash» is officially preparing its return with a season 2. ENA has confirmed the main cast as well as broadcast plans for the new chapter entitled « Crash 2: Road of Rage ".
Lee Min-ki, Kwak Sun-young, Heo Sung-tae, Lee Ho-chul and Moon Hee will reprise their roles, while NCT's Jisung joins the series as a new character.
A nationwide survey
The first Korean series to focus on road crime, «Crash» followed the TCI team specializing in tracking down road criminals. The drama steadily gained in popularity, culminating in a 6.6 % audience for its finale, ENA's second-best performance ever.
In the new season, the Namgang unit becomes a regional unit attached to the national police investigation headquarters. From now on, the team will be solving cases all over the country.
Lee Min-ki reunites with Chief Cha Yeon-ho, capable of identifying the causes of an accident with greater precision than artificial intelligence. The actor confides that he is delighted to be reunited with his character, and promises an even more accomplished project thanks to the team's cohesion.
New challenges and a new member
Kwak Sun-young reprises her role as Min So-hee, an investigator as formidable in combat as she is in analysis. Heo Sung-tae returns as team leader Jung Chae-man, still scarred by the death of his wife in a hit-and-run, a plot that should continue to develop.
Lee Ho-chul and Moon Hee complete the team with their analytical and intelligence skills, reinforcing the collective dynamic.
New from Jisung, who joins TCI as young patrol officer Ji Dae-se. The idol is thus making her return to a series after several years, and hopes to leave her mark on viewers with this new challenge.
«Crash 2» will be broadcast every Monday and Tuesday on ENA during the second half of 2026.
