tvN unveils the first shots of its next weekend drama, Typhoon Family, which goes on air on October 11. At the heart of this new story : Kang Tae-poongplayed by Lee JunhoIn the midst of the financial crisis of 1997, a young man inherits a commercial enterprise that has gone completely to the dogs. No employees, no money, nothing to sell. Yet it is in this apparent void that a powerful human story takes shape, spurred on by unlikely encounters and budding bonds.

Among the images unveiled today, one scene in particular catches the eye: the very first interaction between Tae Poong and Oh Mi-seonplayed by Kim Min-ha. The young man, with a bouquet of flowers in his arms, rests his head gently on the young woman's shoulder. Mi Seon, surprised by this unexpected contact, remains frozen. They don't know each other yet, but this accidental closeness creates a gentle, intriguing tension, like a prelude to something deeper.

A gentle start to a high-pressure relationship
This fleeting encounter is only the beginning of a bond that will develop over the course of the episodes. The 2 characters later meet again at Typhoon Company, he as a rookie president, she as a young accountant. How will this coincidence evolve into a relationship? What kind of story will emerge from this time of emergency, resourcefulness and reconstruction?

With Typhoon Family, tvN seems to be promising much more than a simple corporate drama. Between social chronicle, discreet romance and resilience in the face of adversity, the series promises to be rich in emotions and twists. One thing's for sure: Kang Ta-poong and Oh Mi-seon's first moments will have left a lasting impression. And that's just the beginning.
Join us on October 11 at 9:20pm (KST) (and hopefully with an international broadcaster) to discover this new human adventure.
