MBC has unveiled a new poster for his upcoming romantic drama « In Your Radiant Season« bringing together Lee Sung-kyung and Chae Jong-hyeop in an image as poetic as it is charged with meaning. Both are standing on the Jamsu bridge, in the same place... but seem to be living in two radically different emotional temporalities.
Song Ha-ran and Sunwoo Chan face each other, without really coming together. She appears immersed in a wintry landscape, snow falling around her, her gaze cold and distant. He, on the other hand, is bathed in light, turning towards her with a gentle, almost wistful smile. This visual contrast immediately underlines the essence of the drama: two people linked by the past, reunited in the present, but separated by their emotions.

Seven years apart, a story still buried in the past
The sentence at the top of the poster («7 years ago, she, who was like a spring breeze, reappeared in front of me») provides an essential reading key. It suggests that Sunwoo Chan already recognizes Song Ha-ran, while she still seems unaware of the bond between them. This emotional asymmetry hints at a story shared 7 years earlier, left unresolved, and whose scars have not disappeared.
The choice of Jamsu Bridge is not insignificant. The production team explains: «The Jamsu Bridge is an important location at the start of the series, as it allows us to show both the emotions of the two characters and the passage of time. Watch how the encounter that begins on this bridge will transform their relationship.» A place of transition, like these two characters caught between past and present, winter and summer, closing and opening.
Through this poster, In Your Radiant Season promises a subtle romance, where silences, glances and memories weigh as heavily as words. A story of reunion, shifted temporalities and emotional healing, supported by delicate, symbolic staging.
In Your Radiant Season will be broadcast from February 20 at 9:50pm (KST) on MBC (waiting for an OTT).
