The new university drama LOVE.exe promises to be a sparkling romantic comedy where logic meets the chaos of the heart. Starring Kim Yo-han and Hwang Bo-reum-byeolthe series has just unveiled its character posters and a main trailer full of humor and tenderness.
In LOVE.exe, Kim Yo-han embodies Kang Min-hakan influencer and model with over a million followers. A student in the modeling department, he catches the eye wherever he goes thanks to his charm and perfect smile. But behind this well-groomed image lies an absent-minded, naive and awkward young man, a true irresistible "airhead".
When an engineer meets an influencer
Facing him, Hwang Bo-reum-byeol plays Ju Yeon-san, an engineering student as brilliant as she is rigid. Always equipped with her computer, calculator and rimmed glasses, she lives by impeccable logic and has never dated. Once a children's quizmaster, she now thrives on algorithms rather than emotions.
But her well-ordered life is derailed when her department accidentally merges with the modeling department. Min-hak's unpredictable arrival acts like a virus in her perfect system: her emotions crash, her heart races, and her rational world begins to bug.
The series also features Kwon Young-eunwho plays Yang Na-rae, an energetic student with a passion for BL romances. Dreamy and bubbly, she sees this merger of departments as an opportunity to live out a love story worthy of a web novel.
We also find Kang Dong-won (Min Seo) in the role of the Chair of the Engineering Department, a charismatic, self-assured figure known for her "girl crush" attitude and fierce opposition to this university union.
The trailer hints at a campus comedy full of contrasts: between logic and emotion, reason and heart. For Yeon-san, the encounter with Min-hak is like a crash system which will transform its love code from "OFF" to "ON".
And when Min-hak softly whispers, "Even without much data, I think I can guess what it's like to love someone." ... the viewer's heart is already melting.
LOVE.exe will be broadcast from November 13, 2025 on Wavve (awaiting an international broadcaster), promising an irresistible mix of laughter, awkwardness and digital romance.
