Kim Sung-cheol joins the cast of Boyfriend on Demand as JiSoo's ex-boyfriend

One of Netflix's upcoming dramas, Boyfriend on Demand, long-awaited for 2026, has just announced some exciting news: the actor Kim Sung-cheol would have a special role as the ex-boyfriend of Seo Mi-rae's character, played by JiSoo from BLACKPINK. This news was confirmed by JoyNews on August 1, 2025, after sources revealed that Kim Sung-cheol's scenes had already been filmed and production completed.

Although there's no official confirmation yet from the actor or the production team, if Kim Sung-cheol is indeed confirmed in this role, he will be joining a long list of celebrities making special appearances in the drama, such as Lee Soo-hyuk, Seo Kang-joon and Lee Jae-wook.

    En vrai, l’acteur, je ne le connais pas encore. Savoir que la chanteuse de Blackpink va être en tête d’affiche est intrigant..

    • Oui, c’est l’un des gros kdramas attendus pour 2026, avec beaucoup de cameo d’acteurs connus, un gros casting, et déjà annoncé comme diffusé internationalement, on peut s’attendre à du lourd !
