In recent days, there have been many twists and turns in the Kim Soo-hyun case. Let's go back a month: Kho Sang Rock, Kim Soo-hyun's lawyer, announced that a TV channel had contacted him to do an interview about the affair surrounding the actor, but also that Kim Sae-ron's family lawyer, who had so far remained silent, had also spoken out, with new elements to back up the family's accusations since the beginning of the year. On learning of this, the actor asked for a right of reply, and since then, the channel, having found the subject too sensitive, has decided to suspend the broadcast of the show.
The South Korean channel SBS denied any "cancellation" of the show Curious Stories Y devoted to Kim Sae-ron and Kim Soo-hyun, claiming that it was just one of many reports and that broadcasting had been suspended due to "ambiguous passages that were impossible to show".
On his side, Bu Ji-seoka lawyer for Kim Sae-ron's family, claims that the broadcast was stopped after he provided evidence of a relationship between the actor and the deceased when she was a minor, contrary to the network's official version. He also accuses Kim Soo-hyun's lawyer, Kho Sang-rokfor lobbying to prevent the broadcast.
Kho Sang-rok rejects these accusations, denouncing an "attack on the messenger" and claiming that the channel had merely postponed the broadcast. He says he simply asked for his arguments to be aired fairly, and assures us that he alerted the media to avoid any further manipulation and harm to his client.

A. Is it true that the family has never maintained or claimed that "the deceased died because of the suffering caused by actor Kim Soo-hyun"?
B. Is it true that the family never claimed that the photos made public by Gase-yeon taken when the deceased was a minor?
C. Is it true that the "thousands of photos purporting to prove a relationship during the deceased's minority before the summer of 2019", put forward by Gase-yeonthat they don't exist, and that they're just one-sided assertions with no basis in fact?
D. Is it true that, regarding the KakaoTalk message of June 2016 ("When can I sleep in your arms?"), the name of the sender is "unknown" and that the only basis for asserting that it would be the actor rests exclusively on the words of the deceased's brother?
E. Is it correct that the KakaoTalk message of April 13, 2018 ("If you don't try harder, I won't see you") exists only as a truncated capture, and that it is impossible to identify its author with this document alone, even to know whether it is the deceased?"
He also revealed in his YouTube post the exchanges he had had with the channel:
"Regarding the TV interview mentioned today by attorney Bu Ji-seok (around November 10-12, 2025), given the repeated behavior of the family and Gase-yeon since March, there was a high risk that they would again broadcast elements with no real link to the actor in order to manipulate public opinion.
That's why, driven by deep concern, I've launched a call for vigilance aimed at the public and the media, to prevent any new offenses and any form of secondary victimization.
However, exactly as I feared, a few days after my warning, they did indeed implement a "season 2" of Gase-yeon.
As a result, a new press release aimed at diverting the debate was issued without clarifying the essential points, and dozens of articles were published unchanged.
But unlike last March, there was no outpouring of sympathy for the family.
Since then, the attacks have resumed against me, in the form of a new attack strategy against the messenger, with a second and then a third release today.
While I acted solely to prevent further crimes and protect a client already pushed to the brink of despair by cyber-violence, lawyer Bu Ji-seok accuses me falsely, giving the impression that I acted not to defend my client but to protect my own career, thus portraying me as someone who unfairly pressured the media.

A public timeline of real boyfriends
On the fans' side, with new elements revealed by the family last week, more elements have been put together, including the name of the idol who would have actually been behind the Kakaotalk attributed by the family to Kim soo-hyun to accuse him of dating the actress as a minor.
For this "he-whose-name-shall-not-be-pronounced-as-a-journalist" idol, well known at the time for his setbacks, everything seems to add up. Apparently, by 2018, it was common knowledge in the entertainment world (between agencies and celebrities) that Kim Sae-ron and this man were a couple.
But it seems there's an embargo in South Korea on the names of Kim Sae-ron's real boyfriends who dated her between 2016 and 2019, to whom the family-manipulated Kakaotalk and Garosero can really be attributed. No Korean media is speaking out on this. Today, only social networks provide information on the subject. Does this case really only concern Kim Soo-hyun? Why focus only on him among all the other boyfriends the deceased had?
