Disturbing new accusations

Lawyer denounces inconsistent behavior
Ko Sang-rok also pointed out that: "The family and its legal representative have failed to respond to police summonses in recent months. They even avoided receipt of the civil complaint filed in March, which they finally accepted only in July, without submitting a response within the legal timeframe."
In this context, the idea that they might suddenly reveal new evidence "likely to turn the tide" would not, in his view, have any, no logical explanation. He warned: "Any dissemination of falsified documents or additional private information could be considered as immediate grounds for preventive detention. "
Complaints against the family and Kim Se-ui underway
Kim Soo-hyun is currently at a standstill following rumours that he had been involved with the actress Kim Sae-ron when it was minor. Estimated losses in advertising penalties would exceed 20 billion won (around 14 million euros).
Earlier, Kim Sae-ron's family had published a audio recording generated by the AI, claiming that she had been dating Kim Soo-hyun since middle school and that she had been subjected to non-consensual acts at the time.
In response, Kim Soo-hyun's camp held a press conferencedenying the accusations and stating that the KakaoTalk messages presented were falsified. They have also filed a complaint against Kim Sae-ron's family, as well as the online personality Kim Se-ui (from the Garosero YouTube channel), for violation of the law on information networks, defamation and damages of 12 billion won.
Kim Se-ui summoned by police this November 11
On November 11, Kim Se-ui of the Garosero chain finally presented himself to the police. He is the subject of several complaints filed by Eun Hyun-jangoperator of the YouTube channel Jangsa-ui Sin (The god of commerce - God of Business), presented himself to the police.
Visit Gangnam police station in Seoul confirmed that he had summoned Kim as suspect for alleged acts of defamation and insults online, under the law on information networks and communications protection.
Eun Hyun-jang criticizes Kim Se-hee for distributing false accusationsSince last year, more than a dozen successive complaints have been lodged against him.
Last month, Eun also denounced, during a hearing at the National Assemblya supposed police complacencyaccusing the Gangnam police station of failing to summon Kim Se-hee despite complaints. Faced with the growing controversy, the police decided to entrust 16 cases linked to Kim Se-ui, including that of Eun Hyun-jang, at a special investigation team.
This same Kim Se-ui is the subject of a separate investigation since May, for having broadcast a falsified recording claiming that actor Kim Soo-hyun had a relationship with Kim Sae-ron when she was a minor. At present, the results of the National Forensic Service are the missing element to unblock the investigation: they must confirm that the audio broadcast at the beginning of the year is AI. Kim Soo-hyun's entourage and supporters have been waiting several months for these results. On social networks, we read: "How can such an analysis take so many months for the NFS (National Forensic Service) when it takes 3 days for a private company?"
In any case, in recent weeks, things have been moving faster than in the almost 6 months since the start of the affair that forced Kim Soo-hyun to stop all his activities.
