The story begins with Goo Young-jina powerful MP elected 6 times, who took his own life in 2008. But instead of disappearing, his spirit awakens 10 years earlier, in 1998. In his ghostly form, he meets Cha Jae-rima low-ranking civil servant with the ability to see spirits. Together, they join forces to shake up the political scene and wage a spectacular battle against the living version of Goo Young-jin.
