JTBC has just released the first images of A Hundred Memoriesits next nostalgic drama, which takes viewers back to Korea in the 1980s. At the heart of the story are Kim Da-mi as Ko Yeong-rye, a determined young woman, ready to do anything to support her family while pursuing her dream of becoming a teacher.

The eldest daughter of a modest family, Yeong Rye works as a bus driver n°100 for the Cheong-ah Transportation company. Her days begin at dawn with morning exercises with her colleagues, then continue on the roads, wearing her red beret and navy blue uniform. Although still of school age, she has swapped her school uniform for that of a driver, even taking the first bus every morning despite her motion sickness.
In the evening, after hours of scrupulously collecting every penny from his passengers (even if it means chasing after those who try to evade payment), Yeong Rye returns to his dormitory room to immerse himself in his books. Her goal was clear: to enter university and become a Korean language teacher.

This drama, which blends friendship, romance and emotion, also tells the story of her deep bond with her close friend Seo Jong-hee (Shin Ye-eun) and their first mutual love Han Jae-pil (Heo Nam-jun). Between laughter, touching moments and reflections on youth, A Hundred Memories promises to revive the memories of those who knew the era, while speaking to the hearts of today's youth.

The production team salutes Kim Da-mi's performance, underlining her ability to embody a heroine who is both realistic and endearing, brimming with charm and determination.
A Hundred Memories will start on September 13 at 10:40 pm KST. International broadcasting has not yet been confirmed, but the anticipation is already high.
