Soul Mate is not a kdrama but a Jdrama (Japanese), but we're adding it to the list because the lead actor is Korean, Ok Taec-yeon.
The story follows Ryu Narutaki, a former ice hockey hopeful consumed by guilt after destroying the life of his best friend. Unable to face his past, he leaves Japan to try and rebuild his life in Berlin. It's here that his destiny changes. After a dramatic incident in a church that leaves him between life and death, he is saved by Hwang Johan, a Korean boxer played by Ok Taec-yeon. This encounter marks the beginning of a bond as unexpected as it is powerful.
Both carry deep wounds. Yet their relationship develops rapidly, despite cultural differences and language barriers. Little by little, they realize that a unique bond unites them.
