Mr. Shin (played by Han Seok-gyu) runs a fried chicken restaurant. Charismatic, generous and a natural conversationalist, he's much more than just a shopkeeper. Thanks to his ability to listen and his talent for negotiation, he is able to defuse tensions effectively.
