My Youth will tell the story of Sun Woo-haeplayed by Song Joong-ki, a former child star who saw his career take off before dying too soon. Now a florist, he leads a quiet life built on wounds that have never fully healed. But everything changes when he finds Sung Je-yeonhis first love, played by Chun Woo-hee.

Now an ambitious manager, Sung Je Yeon leads an ordinary life until an unexpected encounter rekindles long-buried feelings. Their story promises to be bittersweet, made up of memories, regrets, but also hope.

Around this central duo gravitate a number of colorful figures: Lee Joo-myung plays Mo Tae-rin, an eccentric, spontaneous former child star and friend of Sung Je-yeon. Her heart beats for Kim Seok-jooperformed by Seo Ji-hoonwho also happens to be Sun Woo Hae's "brother at heart". Their complex relationship adds an extra dimension to this emotional storyline.

The cast also includes Jin Kyung as Seok Joo's mother and agency director, Jo Han-chul (also seen in Vincenzo alongside Song Joong-ki) as Sun Woo Hae's romantic poet and immature father, Yoon Byung-hee (also seen in Vincenzo) as a faithful friend since childhood, and Lee Bong-ryunas an energetic team leader.
