Mission: The Birthdya Invitation is a special 1-episode kdrama broadcast as part of O'PENing 2025.
The story follows Park Ki-joon (Jeon Seong-woo), an awkward single father who, after a divorce, struggles to look after his daughter alone. His life takes a turn when he runs into Seo Hee-jin (Park Jin-joo), once his employee, but now a seasoned mother of seven. By chance, their children become kindergarten friends, leading Ki-joon to request an invitation to Hee-jin's son's birthday party, triggering a series of situations as funny as they are moving.
