The story begins with Goo Young-jina powerful six-term member of parliament, who took his own life in 2008. But instead of disappearing, his spirit awakens ten years earlier, in 1998. In his ghostly form, he meets Cha Jae-rima low-ranking civil servant with the ability to see spirits.
