The chain tvN could well have its next hit romantic comedy! According to sources relayed by E Daily, Kang Hoon (in 2025 seen in Hunter with a scalpel) and Kim Hye-joon are in talks to star in the upcoming drama Favorite Employeeadaptation of the webtoon "My Oppa Is an Idol signed Seong Eun.
Former idol turned boss, fan turned employee
Favorite Employee will tell the unexpected story of a young woman who joins her idol's company... without suspecting that she'll find love there. The former singer, now CEO of a successful startup, hides a kind heart beneath his cold exterior. For her part, the new recruit is a loyal fan, suddenly thrust into a much more intimate daily life with the man she admired from afar.
