The new romantic comedy from SBS, Would You Marry Me, is set to captivate audiences with an original concept A 90-day mock wedding in a bid to land a luxurious honeymoon home. Starring Choi Woo-shik and Jung So-min, the series blends strategy, emotion and a healthy dose of romantic tension.

A marriage with conditions
Choi Woo-shik plays Kim Woo-joo, heir to an illustrious Korean bakery, known for his unflappable calm and aloof demeanor. Opposite him, Jung So-min slips into the shoes of Yoo Mary, a resourceful but struggling entrepreneur ready to do anything to seize this unique opportunity.

The new images reveal a tense scene around a negotiating table. Woo-joo, impassive, scans the documents without showing the slightest emotion, while Mary, determined, tries to convince him. Her words are accompanied by emotion, her eyes fill with tears, and she even shows a small wound on her arm to soften her interlocutor. All her know-how and creativity as a businesswoman are concentrated in this decisive moment.

Between calculations and emotions
The chemistry between the 2 actors already promises a delicious blend of humor and romance. Behind the strategies and arguments, a game of power and seduction takes shape. According to the production team, Mary "uses every card she holds to touch Woo-joo and seal an unexpected deal".
With its offbeat plot and promising duo, Would You Marry Me could well establish itself as one of this season's must-see romantic comedies. Unfortunately, there is no official broadcaster in France, as Disney + (which broadcasts the series in some Asian countries) has confirmed that it will not be airing the drama.
