The upcoming legal drama « Honor »continues to lift the veil on its key characters. This time, there are new images of Jung Eun-chae which attract attention, revealing a heroine who is as charismatic as she is determined, at the head of a law firm unlike any other.
Adapted from a Swedish series, Honor is a legal and psychological thriller centered on three female lawyers confronted with a scandal buried in their past, ready to resurface and shake everything up.
A leader who chose justice over inheritance
Jung Eun-chae performs in it. Kang Sin-jae, CEO of the firm L&J (Listen and Join), specializing in defending women who are victims of crime. Coming from a prestigious family of lawyers spanning three generations, Sin-jae nevertheless rejected the path laid out for her to follow in their footsteps, choosing instead to use the law to serve the most vulnerable members of society.
The natural leader of the trio she forms with Yun Ra-yeong (Lee Na-young) and Hwang Hyun-jin (Lee Chung-ah), her former college friends, Kang Sin-jae is the one who makes decisions, takes charge, and keeps things balanced when tensions rise. Her strength lies in a rare combination of strategic clarity and deep convictions, making her a formidable adversary and a steadfast ally.
Authority, elegance, and determination
The new images reveal the full scope of the character. With her impeccable suit and confident gaze, Kang Sin-jae commands respect from the moment she enters the scene, embodying an authority that never wavers under pressure. At a social reception, glass of wine in hand, she exudes the elegance acquired in the elite legal world.
Conversely, other photos show her hard at work, focused, with a sharp gaze, ready to get to the bottom of an issue. These are all facets that reinforce the credibility of her leadership and the trust placed in her by her team.
The production team also emphasized that Jung Eun-chae was, in her opinion, «the only actress capable of combining the character's boldness with the elegance befitting a distinguished family of lawyers,» praising a performance marked by a strong presence and constant intensity on set.
Honor will be broadcast from February 2 at 10 p.m. (KST) on ENA (waiting for an OTT).
