ENA has unveiled the first images of « Climax« an intense drama focusing on the dangerous rise of a prosecutor at the heart of a power network. The series follows Bang Tae-seob, a man determined to reach the top of the South Korean hierarchy, even if it means crossing all limits.
Played by Ju Ji-hoon, the character is distinguished by his ambition and keen sense of analysis. To climb the ladder, he joins an influential cartel where every decision becomes a matter of survival. The further he advances, the heavier the price he has to pay, but giving up is never an option for him.
The first images illustrate this silent ambition: alone in his office, he examines documents with a cold, calculating gaze, already immersed in his strategies.

A man at the center of a dangerous game
Another scene shows him leaving a press conference surrounded by journalists. Overwhelmed by questions, he nevertheless continues forward without looking back. The moment symbolizes his determination: aiming for the highest position while standing in the most unstable spot.

The drama thus puts forward a character who no longer opposes good and evil, but chooses only what allows him to survive and progress.
A struggle to reach the top
The production team describes the hero: «Bang Tae-seob is a character who must choose survival over good or evil. In a story that questions who deserves to reach the top, he stands at the center of the most dangerous alliance shaped by desire.»
The series will air on ENA on March 16 at 10pm (KST) for a total of 10 episodes, and is available on Viki in the rest of the world.
