Fantastic historical drama Moon River continues to make waves, revealing the first images of Jin Goo in a dark and fascinating role.
This series features the Crown Prince Yi Kang (Kang Tae-oh), a man who has lost his smile, and Park Dal-yi (Kim Se-jeong), a merchant with amnesia. When their souls are mysteriously exchanged, both are forced to live each other's lives, sparking an unexpected romance tinged with magic and destiny.
A minister more powerful than the king
In this world, Jin Goo plays Kim Han-cheol, the left-wing minister and most feared figure in the royal court. Nicknamed "the advisor above the king", he holds an absolute authority that no opposition seems able to shake. Driven by an insatiable thirst for power, he is prepared to sacrifice everything, including his own daughter, to achieve his overweening ambitions.
The recently unveiled photos show a man whose presence commands both respect and fear. His cold, unfathomable gaze hints at dangerous machinations, while a photo taken outside the palace reveals a more subtle nuance of his character, accentuating the mystery of his true intentions.
With this role, Jin Goo promises to embody an antagonist of rare intensity, capable of turning the fate of the entire kingdom on its head.
