A judge returns from the past to right his wrongs
Lee Han-young seemed lost: compromised by a major firm, treated like a pawn, then destroyed by an accusation of corruption. Until fate gave him a second chance. Set back ten years, he returns to his position as an independent judge at Chungnam District Court, with a single goal in mind: to make things right. Every decision becomes a test, every verdict an opportunity to redeem his faults and strike where corruption nestles.

The rise of a black-clad predator
Facing him is Kang Shin-jin, a judge who presides over major criminal cases and will do anything to climb to the top. Ambitious, cold and methodical, he approaches Lee Han-young with a calculated cordiality, an invitation to collusion that now rings hollow with a man who knows the future.
