MBC continues to unveil the contours of its next romantic drama In Your Radiant Season (working title), and the announcement of the secondary cast further raises expectations. At the helm of this highly anticipated project are Lee Sung-kyung and Chae Jong-hyeopnow joined by Han Ji-hyeon, Oh Ye-ju, Lee Mi-sook and Kang Seok-woo.
A richly emotional intergenerational cast
In Your Radiant Season tells the story of the encounter between Sunwoo Chan (Chae Jong-hyeop), a carefree, bright young man, and Song Ha-ran (Lee Sung-kyung), a woman closed in on herself. This bittersweet romance is woven into a touching family setting, now complemented by a fine gallery of secondary characters.
Lee Mi-sook will play Kim Nana, a global fashion icon and grandmother of the 3 sisters Ha-ran, Ha-young and Ha-dam. A former design pioneer, she now lives a well-ordered life, until she crosses paths with Park Man-jae, his first love, played by Kang Seok-woo. As a barista in a quiet café, Park Man-jae is also a discreet landmark for Ha-ran... until his past resurfaces.
Three sisters at the heart of the story
Han Ji-hyeon will play Song Ha-young, the bubbly youngest and budding designer, always ready to make those around her smile. As for to Oh Ye-ju, she lends her features to Song Ha-dam, the brilliant youngest, considered the perfect granddaughter, until an unexpected event upsets the family balance.
With a cast balanced between experienced figures and rising stars, In Your Radiant Season promises a sensitive romance driven by family ties and buried emotions. The drama is currently in production and scheduled to air on MBC in the first half of 2026.
